Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Prices and Reimbursable Line Items for the procurement of advanced electronic device exploitation services on a sole source basis to Valence Vector Labs, LLC, 1104 S. Philadelphia Blvd., Suite 700, Aberdeen, MD 21001. The services acquired are to provide data discovery, data recovery and cyber forensics services on collected devices in support of its homeland security mission.

The contract has Five Ordering Periods commencing September 7, 2023 through September 6, 2028.

The total contract value is $25,000,000.00. This is a non-competitive contract action under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements . The redacted Justification and Approval is attached and available on www.sam.gov for a period of 30 days pursuant to FAR 6.305.
