Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) awarded a Firm Fixed Price Order with a reimbursable line items for the procurement of advanced electronic device exploitation services on a sole source basis to Valence Vector Labs, LLC, 1104 S. Philadelphia Blvd., Suite 700, Aberdeen, MD 21001. The services acquired are to provide data discovery, data recovery and cyber forensics services on collected devices in support of its homeland security mission.

The period of performance is September 7, 2022 through September 6, 2023

The total contract value is $1,987,904.00. This is a non-competitive contract action under the authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(6), Sole Source Awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003. The redacted Justification and Approval is attached hereto.
