Background
The 48th Civil Engineering Squadron (48 CES) have a requirement for one (1) Advanced Disaster Management Simulator (ADMS) to be supplied, installed and training to be provided for the Fire Department (48 CEF) at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom. The primary mission of the 48th Civil Engineering Squadron Fire Department (48 CEF) is successful emergency response mitigation across the base. With the introduction of the F-35 aircraft at RAF Lakenheath, an Advanced Disaster Management System (ADMS) will allow the 48 CEF to be postured for any such emergencies. Overall, this preparation will lead to 100% mitigation and allow the 48 CEF to achieve their mission goals. The ADMS that is looking to be acquired, specially designed for Airbase emergency components will ensure top mission readiness for all Fire Department personnel. This will allow all three stations at RAF Lakenheath to further their mission readiness through providing a plethora of scenarios that the installation may experience. Through this acquisition, this system will fortify and enhance pre-incident planning, mitigation, tactical approaches, and operations.

1.0 Introduction
1.1 Mission: The primary mission of the 48th Civil Engineering Squadron Fire Department (48 CEF) is successful emergency response mitigation across the base.
1.2 Background: This is a vital and innovative way to tackle scenarios before it occurs. In addition, as RAF Lakenheath is gradually moving to support the new F-35 mission, most personnel have not experienced F-35 mitigation and response. However, through procuring this system, the knowledge needed to mitigate such scenarios successfully will be broadcast.
1.1 Scope: This contract will allow the 48 CEF to obtain an installed software program to increase Fire Department efficiency and skills. This will increase aircraft firefighting operations, incident command structure tactics, and mitigation efficiency.
