Advanced Cyber Security Threat Detection and Analysis Platform and Support Services   2

Background
The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is focused on enhancing its cyber vulnerability assessment capabilities through the procurement of an Advanced Cyber Security Threat Detection and Analysis Platform (ACSTDAP). This initiative is driven by increasing demands from the Joint Staff and the need to accommodate personnel growth. The goal of this contract is to procure modernization packages for existing kits, additional modernized kits, and a base station server stack, along with specialized support and expertise for advanced cyber assessments.

Work Details
The contract includes the following deliverables:

- 14 modernization packages for existing kits
- 16 additional modernized kits
- A base station server stack

The specific requirements include:
- Advanced Cyber Security Threat Detection and Analysis Platform
- Support Services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Delivery of products and performance of services as specified in Attachment 1 of the solicitation.
- The contractor must demonstrate capabilities in mobile analytic tools, big data platforms, long-term classified/unclassified data storage solutions, and the ability to modernize existing kits to meet new specifications.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes various delivery schedules ranging from 30 to 270 calendar days from the date of award for different line items.

All products are to be delivered to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency located at 8725 John J Kingman Rd, Fort Belvoir VA 22060-6201, United States.
