Advanced Contracting Initiative - Regional Contracts for Debris Management Services (ACI-RCDMS)   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requires rapid and comprehensive debris removal services for the entire United States and its Outlying Areas. This acquisition is part of the Advanced Contracting Initiative - Regional Contracts for Debris Management Services (ACI - RCDMS) and supports the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other Federal disaster response efforts, as authorized by Public Law 93-288, The Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (Stafford Act). The Government intends to award ten (10) Regional Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOCs) through a Full and Open Competition.

Work Details
The contract involves providing debris management services which include but are not limited to:

1. Rapid response to debris removal needs following disasters;
2. Comprehensive assessment of debris types and quantities;
3. Coordination with FEMA and other federal agencies for effective disaster response;
4. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding debris management;
5. Provision of necessary equipment and personnel to carry out debris removal operations efficiently.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be specified in the task orders issued under the contract, typically spanning multiple months or years depending on the nature of the disaster response required.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout the entire United States and its Outlying Areas.
