Description

As prescribed FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements applies. Rockwell Collins, also the original manufacturer of the Advanced Concept Ejection Seat, owns proprietary data related to the seat as well as proprietary software need to allow for robust, empirical data collection. No other source is able to satisfy agency requirements.
