Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification, N00019-21-C-0013 P00009 to Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, formerly known as Orbital ATK (OA), for the procurement of four (4) RF Processors under FRP Lot 11 in support of the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM).

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Authorized or Required by Statute per Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) No. 21-0332, approved by NAVAIR Procurement Group Director on 15 SEP. 2021 redacted version attached to this announcement.
