Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) Production Modification for additional Control Sections for High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) as a Target (HAAT)

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification, N00019-21-C-0013 P00001 to Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, formerly known as Orbital ATK (OA), for the procurement of thirty (30) AGM-88E AARGM Control Sections under FRP Lot 10 and twenty (20) AGM-88E AARGM Control Sections under FRP Lot 11, including production support and kit components.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
