Background
The Department of Health Agency (DHA) is seeking to enhance its radiology capabilities through the implementation of a centralized 3D Advanced Imaging Software solution for its Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). The goal of this contract is to consolidate local PACS into a Hub and Spoke model, thereby standardizing imaging processes across the DHA. This solution will be hosted within a government virtual environment.

- Description: Advanced 3D Imaging System consistent with Minimum Essential Characteristics, supporting 65 concurrent users.

- Description: Installation and training for up to 450 individuals at 12 sites, both in-person and virtual.

The period of performance for the contract spans from September 15, 2025 for the Advanced Imaging System delivery to September 15, 2030 for the license.
