Description

Solicitation for the Advanced Contract Initiative (ACI) for Emergency Temporary Roof Repairs Puerto Rico Unrestricted.

The Advanced Contract Initiative (ACI) for Emergency Temporary Roof Repairs is the federal government's initial mechanism for responding to emergency roof repairs caused by hurricanes, tropical storms, and other natural disasters. The solicitation will be for award of two (2) $45,000,000.00 Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOCs) for the installation of emergency temporary roofing in Puerto Rico.

The contracts will be awarded with a primary and secondary region to support. The contractor will have the primary region assigned, but will need to have the capability to support the secondary region, if needed.

The solicitation will be unrestricted and open to both Large and Small Business participation.

An indefinite delivery SATOC will be awarded from this solicitation for a 7-year duration which includes a 5-year base period and a 2-year option period.

All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract from Government.
