This notice DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal or complete package outlining the technical competencies/qualifications of the prospective contractor, nor does it represent any commitment by the Government. Since this is a Sources Sought announcement, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. Background
The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) has developed an updated Airfield Damage Repair (ADR) concept of operations under the ADR Modernization Program. The goal of this contract is to provide capabilities to enhance existing airfield surfaces and facilitate recovery of battle-damaged airfield pavement using AM2 Airfield Matting kits. This Sources Sought announcement is for information purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply, package, document, and deliver ADR AM2 kits, sub-kits, or individual items to selected worldwide locations. Responsibilities include loading and unloading all AM2 kits at their origin and each destination, providing all necessary equipment and manpower for loading/unloading, and delivering kits to specified final locations.

The AM2 kits consist of three configurations: the AM2 Airfield Expansion Kit, AM2 FOD Cover Kit, and AM2 Training Kit, each with distinct components. For example:
- The AM2 Airfield Expansion Kit includes components such as 98 bundles of 12-ft x 2-ft mat, ramp assembly kits, stakes, anchors, grout kit, and tools.
- The FOD Cover Kit is designed to cover craters of various sizes with specific quantities of mats and tools.
- The Training Kit consists of components for training purposes. All required specifications are detailed in attachments A through D.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at selected worldwide locations as specified in delivery orders.
