Adobe® Certified Professionals (ACP) Test Vouchers and Related Support   3

Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking to procure test vouchers for the Adobe® Certified Professionals (ACP) certification exam, which includes one retake.
The goal of this contract is to authorize DoDEA's 40 high schools to continue functioning as Certiport testing centers and to manage ACP test vouchers through DoDEA's Career and Technical Education (CTE) staff located at DoDEA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Ensure that all products, platforms, and services delivered conform to the Revised 508 Standards for accessibility.
2. Provide two digital Optical Character Resolution (OCR) copies of print materials in specified formats upon request.
3. Designate a liaison and an alternate liaison with relevant experience to oversee contract performance.
4. Ensure availability of resources during specified hours and comply with Federal holidays.
5. Provide resources that are free from bias and promote diversity and inclusion.
6. Maintain compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act regarding accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
7. Deliver ACP test vouchers within three business days of receiving a delivery order, with remaining vouchers delivered within five business days.
8. Provide ongoing technical support and privacy training as required by the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed annually, with specific deliverables due at various intervals throughout the year.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be DoDEA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA.
