Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) to identify sources that can provide Adobe Enterprise Manager Managed Services (AEMMS). This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, ICE will not accept unsolicited proposals. Interested parties are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.

Background
The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE), Office of Public Affairs (OPA) builds public understanding and support for the agency’s mission by engaging with the news media, federal, state, and local agencies and non-governmental organizations. In addition, OPA works closely with internal stakeholders to inform and engage ICE employees. OPA is comprised of two operational branches: media relations strategic communications and mission support branch.

The Media Relations Branch includes 30 public affair officers located in Washington, DC and around the country who are responsible for responding to local, national, and international media inquiries, planning press events, crafting agency messaging and developing media campaigns. The Strategic Communications Branch (SCB) of public affairs oversees the development and production of a wide variety of online, print and multi-media products, as well as, writing executive level speeches, internal communication, managing ICE’s online presence and developing national marketing plans for ICE and its programs. ICE OPA has a business need for a comprehensive content management solution for digital media campaigns for ICE Website, social media, and news agencies and to create central repository for video and other digital assets.

Work Details
ICE has developed an integrated software approach to fulfill the comprehensive array of requirements essential to implement the content management solution. This procurement will fulfill two of out the three required capabilities necessary to implement the solution. This procurement consists of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets software capabilities with maintenance and professional services support that will enable ICE mission to perform digital media analytics, reporting and retention.
