This is Amendment 0011 to RFP #70RTAC24R00000016. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal deadline to August 16, 2024 at 10 am ET and provide the updated Pricing Template (Attachment J.3). In Attachment J.3, the following changes have been made:

  • Tab Instructions The following instructions have been added: Offerors must propose the same discount percentage on all items in each Tab, including Tab (2) and Tab (3). In Tab (4), Offerors shall propose the same discount pergentage for line items 4-199 and line items 200 -244. In Tab (5), Offerors are allowed to propose different discount pergentages in column F. However, Offerors shall propose the same discount percentage for items within the same license type category identified in Column D. For example, Offerors shall propose the same discount percentage for all items in the "Services" license type category in Tab (5).
  • Tab (4) - Cell F200 has been highlighted in yellow so offerors can propose a discount percentage for line items 200-244.
  • Tab (5) - Column D has been updated to provide license types for all line items. Column F has been highlighted in yellow, allowing Offerors to propose different discount percentages.

Background
This is a solicitation for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)'s Adobe Enterprise License Agreement (ELA). The contracting office address is Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), 245 Murray Lane, SW, Mailstop 0115, Washington DC 20528-0115. The solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside with the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) assigned to this requirement being 513210 (Software Publishers).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide brand name only Adobe products and related services as described in Section C. The IDIQ pricing is firm-fixed pricing and is stated in the Attachment J.3 Pricing Template. The IDIQ contract period of performance will be 12 months from the date of IDIQ contract award with two 12-month option periods.

The place of performance will be designated in each Order issued under the contract.
