Adobe ELA - DRAFT Solicitation   2

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) has released a DRAFT solicitation for the Adobe Enterprise License Agreement (ELA). The draft solicitation is intended to provide industry with information on the Adobe ELA procurement and elicit comments and/or questions to improve the final Adobe ELA Request for Proposal (RFP).

Work Details
The Contractor shall accept Orders from all DHS components, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Transportation Security Administration, United States Coast Guard, and other DHS organizations. The objective is to continue software maintenance for existing Adobe licenses and procure additional Adobe software licenses, maintenance, and consulting services. The ELA shall provide for the availability of Adobe products by download of media and maintenance for each Order issued; improved data capture for forms; e-forms over multiple software and hardware platforms; standard pricing across DHS for common products; upgrading of current licenses to the latest version at no additional cost; accurate tracking and management of Adobe licenses and associated costs; single Adobe POC for each component for all Adobe Products; consulting services; ability to reduce the number of unused licenses required during annual maintenance renewal without significantly increasing the unit price for other products.
