The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), Bremerton, Washington intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, stand-alone contract for the repair and preservation of Admiral's Barge (Old Man IV) located at Naval Base Kitsap Keyport, Washington. Firms possessing the capability and qualifications would provide the labor, material, and services to accomplish repairs, maintenance, and preservation of Admiral's Barge (Old Man IV). Repair requirements shall include vessel docking; washing and cleaning of vessel exterior surfaces; hull, main deck, and cabin inspection; replacement of hull and main deck preservation coatings; hull zinc anodes; fairlead installation; fuel system cleaning; anchor windlass re-chrome; balance and polish propellers and undock the vessel.Contractors' dry-dock facility must possess the capability of accommodating a vessel with the following dimensions: Length: 50' x Width 14'and 8"
