Administrative, technical and analytical support for the Joint Staff, J3, N2C3

Background
The National & Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications Division (N2C3), part of the Deputy Directorate for Nuclear and Homeland Defense Operations (DDNHDO), J36, is responsible for Command and Control (C2) systems and operational policy for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS).

This contract aims to provide administrative, technical, analytical, and policy support to the Joint Staff J3 Directorate in areas related to Nuclear and Global Joint Command & Control (C2), Common Operational Picture (COP), and National Military Command Center (NMCC) missions.

Work Details
The contractor will deliver comprehensive support in several key areas:
1. Provide administrative, technical, analytical, and CJCS policy support for C2 systems.
2. Assist in the development, alignment, and implementation of C2 policies and modernization initiatives across strategic and operational spectrums.
3. Offer systems-engineering expertise and technical assistance during procurement-sensitive meetings such as requirements-definition workshops and technical-risk-assessment sessions.
4. Support the GJC2 Branch by acting as a secretariat for governance forums like the C2 Executive Steering Council (C2 ESC) and remain engaged in all facets of C2 programs, initiatives, policy development, and system modernization efforts including GCCS-J, DJC2, and IBS.
5. Engage in various C2-related topics including CJADC2, Joint Warfighting Concept, Global Information Dominance Experiment series (GIDE), communications security modernization, tactical data links, and joint data networks.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at locations designated by the Joint Staff J3 Directorate.
