FORMAL AMENDMENT:
The purpose of this amendment is to notify industry of the updated responses to the questions regarding Solicitation W911QX-17-R-0003 for Administrative Support Services. Updated responses to industry questions are highlighted and may be found in the QA Responses (Formal Amendment 0005) excel attachment. The following documents have been amended and are attached to the subject formal amendment: Executive Summary, Task Order (TO) 0001 PWS, DD1423 CDRL, and Section M are attached to this solicitation amendment and supersede previous attached versions. The contents of these amended documents shall be thoroughly reviewed. Please note, previous iterations of the Basic PWS, Section L, Appendix A Labor Categories, Past Performance Questionnaire, 2019 Wage Determinations, DOL WD Map, Task Order Guidelines, Base DD254 Draft, and DD254 Collateral Addendum shall be referenced in response to this subject amendment as no changes have been made to those documents as a result of this amendment. The closing date for this solicitation date for this solicitation remains unchanged and will close on 20 February 2019 at 10:00AM EST.
