Background
This is a contract to support the Recruiting and Retention Battalion Staff of the Georgia Army National Guard. The contract aims to provide administrative, training, and analysis support in areas such as recruiting, administrative processing duties, metrics tracking, and office management functions. Full-time support staffing restrictions within the GAARNG necessitate outsourcing of additional staff to support increased efforts in recruiting, retention, managing attrition, and related administrative functions.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform administrative staff support to the Georgia Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion. This includes tasks such as interstate transfer coordination, data analysis, MEPS guidance counseling, training, and staff support. The contractor shall provide services between the hours 0800-1600 on Monday through Friday at specific locations within Georgia. The services may require occasional weekend duty and travel within the state for training or conferences.

Place of Performance
Performance shall be at specific locations within Georgia including Joint Forces Headquarters in Marietta and Atlanta Military Entrance Processing Station in Forest Park.
