Synopsis-Administrative, Senior Operations and Computer Graphics Services

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey- Soldier Weapons (ACC-NJ-SW) on behalf of Product Manager Soldier Weapons (PM SW) is contemplating a requirement for Administrative Assistant, Senior Operations Specialist and Computer Graphics Support Services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110. The Project Manager Soldier Weapons has identified a continued need for these services to PM SW. This will be a continuation of prior services currently being provided under other existing contractual instruments. This procurement is in support of PM SW's mission to accomplish program objectives for development, production, and sustainment based on defined soldier needs. The following elements will define the type of services PM SW will require.

Administrative Assistant: Support shall include, but is not limited to short/long range operational schedules; schedule appointments/meetings; coordinate travel arrangements; generate/maintain CONUS and OCONUS travel schedules to include status of orders and itineraries, Visas, theater clearances, transportation, and accommodation arrangements in MS window compatible database that is available to the PM/DPM, administrative assistants, and division chiefs.

Senior Operations Management Specialist: Contractor shall serve as an on-site Senior Operations Management specialist providing support consisting of providing high level, insightful service of the type that could be expected from senior PEO or DA level staff personnel to PM SW and its subordinate elements and business partners. The contractor shall, when appropriate and directed by the Operations Manager, provide mentoring, guidance and support to the Junior Operations Specialist.

Computer Graphics: Support shall provide graphics, illustration, management reporting, management overview, video/tele-conferencing support. The support shall develop and prepare presentations, briefing material and other documentation as required supporting decision and information briefings, program reviews and demonstrations.
It is the Government's intent to award multiple IDIQ contracts Frim Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contracts with five one year ordering periods to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government based upon the evaluation of written proposals. A single contract, may however, be awarded if this is in the Government's best interest. Award is anticipated on or before August 15, 2018. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Economically Disadvantage Women-Owned Small Business. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 5/30/2018. The Point Of Contact for this action is Angelica M.
