Description

In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, SWFLANT is conducting market research to determine if sources are capable of successfully performing the requirements identified in this SSN. Specifically, SWFLANT is seeking capable firms to provide the Marine Corps Security Force Battalion (MCSFBN) Kings Bay with support services for the following areas: Program Manager, Administrative Support, Training, and Logistics. Support services are also required by SWFLANT's Nuclear Weapons Security Division (NWS) in the area of Office Management support services.

Background
The Marine Corps Security Force Battalion (MCSFBN) Kings Bay, under the Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT), is seeking capable firms to provide support services in areas such as Program Management, Administrative Support, Training, and Logistics. This contract aims to enhance operational efficiency and support approximately 1,000 service members assigned to MCSFBN and SWFLANT's Nuclear Weapons Security Division. The historical context indicates a reliance on contractor support for ongoing requirements in these areas.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive support services across four main areas: Program Management/Executive Support Services, Administrative Support Services, Operations Support Services, and Logistics Support Services. Specific tasks include:

1. **Program Management/Executive Support Services**:
- Program Management Support (Key Personnel)
- SWFLANT Security Department Office Management Support
- Quality Assurance Program Management Support (Key Personnel)

2. **Administrative Support Services**:
- Administrative Management Support (Key Personnel)
- Legal Support (Key Personnel)
- Travel Support
- General Administrative Support
- Education Services Support

3. **Operations Support Services**:
- Operations Management Support (Key Personnel)
- Information Management/Media/Training Support
- Small Arms Simulation Training Support

4. **Logistics Support Services**:

The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and management necessary to fulfill these tasks. Key personnel must possess specific qualifications including active security clearances and relevant experience.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Naval Submarine Base in Kings Bay, Georgia.
