Background
The Government requires Catholic Parish Coordinator Support Services in support of military religious and worship activities. The Contractor shall provide support to the Religious Support Office (RSO). The Contractor shall adhere to the policies defined for the Pastoral Care of Catholic Personnel as published by Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) dated 20 August 2008.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Administrative Catholic Parish Coordinator as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. All work shall be accomplished within the guidelines of the Roman Catholic Church, AMS Priests’ Manual, Army Regulation 165-1, Army Pamphlet 165-18, and Installation Chaplain Policies.

The Contractor shall coordinate denominationally specific administrative support for all regular services and special events, update the annual calendar, maintain volunteer rosters and coordinate volunteer activities, coordinate all advertisements and information for the Catholic community programs, prepare and organize input for the weekly bulletin, assure needed supplies on hand or recommended for ordering in a timely manner, maintain a continuous analysis of consumption of supplies, establish published office hours during the week, prepare weekly files with AMS sacramental records and other sacramental paperwork, coordinate special projects with the Catholic Chaplain monthly, attend government-provided training in compliance with Garrison Chaplain standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years. The Period of Performance reads as follows: Base Year: 18 September 2024 through 17 September 2025; Option Year I: 18 September 2025 through 17 September 2026; Option Year II: 18 September 2026 through 17 September 2027; Option Year III: 18 September 2027 through 17 September 2028; Option Year IV: 18 September 2028 through 17 September 2029.

Place of Performance
Supplies/services will be performed at Fort Novosel Garrison Headquarters Religious Support Office in Fort Novosel AL.
