Administrative Assistant

Background
The Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT), Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay has a requirement for one (1) Administrative Assistant SCA 01020. The potential contract will have a Base Year plus two (2) Option Years. The contractor shall support and assist the day-to-day administrative functions of the PRP offices, to include planning, process execution, and database management.
The contractor will also provide oversight and direction during the absence of the PRP Certifying Officials.

Work Details
This position serves as an administrative assistant to the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) Certifying Officials for the Marine Corps Security Force Battalion (MCSFBn) Kings Bay Georgia. The contractor employee shall assist and support the organization’s PRP office, represent the PRP Division at MCSFBn, conduct administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, receiving phone calls, and control foot traffic coming into the office for routine actions. The contractor shall provide managerial services for the contractor employee and conduct training as needed in support of the PRP as it relates to MCSFBn's area of responsibilities, mission, goals, and objectives.

Period of Performance
The potential contract will have a Base Year plus two (2) Option Years.

Place of Performance
The normal place of performance is Marine Corps Security Force Battalion (MCSFBn) Bldg. 1061, NSB Kings Bay, Georgia. Office will be located in Rooms 139 and 134. Telework will not be authorized.
