Administrative and Professional Support Services

Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) is a federal agency headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, responsible for facility design, renovation, and management within Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. The contractor employees provided under the contract will work side-by-side with other federal workers; however their roles will be non-inherently governmental in nature. The Contractor will be required to provide all management, supervision and manpower to provide services as specified in the contract. GSA shall determine the resource allocations. The support provided under any purchase is not related to Federal employment requirements nor does it involve temporary help services that may be authorized under 5 CFR Part 300. There is no direct employee-employer relationship between the contractor employees and the Federal Government under any purchase.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor and supervision necessary to deliver a variety of administrative and professional support classifications at various locations in the Heartland Region. Services are currently being provided at each of the locations listed below: Kansas City, Kansas; Kansas City, Missouri (majority of contract work); St. Louis Metropolitan Area; Topeka, Kansas; Des Moines, Iowa; Omaha, Nebraska; Lincoln, Nebraska; and other areas in the four-state Region as determined by the Government. The base period may range from three (3) months to twelve (12) months with an anticipated start date of October 1, 2023.

The schedule of services will be updated via amendment with set dates prior to the close of the solicitation period.

Period of Performance
The contract anticipates an award including four (4) one-year option periods. The base period may range from three (3) months to twelve (12) months with an anticipated start date of October 1, 2023. Due to funding limitations, the Base Period is subject to change or reduction. Subsequent Option Periods will be effective for 12 months from the end of the base period.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Kansas City, Kansas; Kansas City, Missouri; St. Louis Metropolitan Area; Topeka, Kansas; Des Moines, Iowa; Omaha, Nebraska; Lincoln, Nebraska; and other areas in the four-state Region as determined by the Government.
