The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88.

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) Vienna, VA is soliciting for Administrative and Operational Support Services as outlined herein.

The NAICS code is 541611 and the size standard is $15,000,000.00 in annual revenue.

It is anticipated that a fixed-price type blanket purchase agreement (BPA) will be awarded as a result of this solicitation, to the offeror who is determined to offer the overall best value.

The attached commercial item clauses, supplemental terms and conditions, instructions to offerors, and evaluation approach apply to this acquisition.
