ADMACS Installation and check out of the upgrade of Block 2 Phase I equipment

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a competitive Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract for shipboard alterations for installation services for NAVAIR Aviation Data Management And Control System (ADMACS). Installation and check out of the upgrade to the ADMACS Block 2 Phase I equipment shall be accomplished during ship availability. The availability is expected to run from 14 September 2017 to 18 October 2017. The procurement will be competed amongst Alteration Installation Team (AIT) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders. The BOAs were issued under solicitation N68335-12-R-0050 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. The requirement will be for services including work in the following areas: Quality Assurance (QA), Proof Load Testing, Packaging and Shipping, Debris/Hazardous Material Disposition, Regional Maintenance and Modernization Office (RMMCO) Check-In/ Check Out Structural Work, Work Authorization Forms (WAFs), Structural Work, Welding, Non-Destructive Testing, Electrical/Electronics, Piping/Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Fire Alarm/Suppression System, Fire Watch, Paint Testing/Abatement, Painting, Decking, Insulation/Lagging, and Local Area Network (LAN)/Fiber Optic Systems/Telephone System.

The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 336611. Only small business AIT BOA holders will be eligible to compete for this requirement. A solicitation for future BOAs is expected to be posted to the FedBizOpps website in the near future.
