Description

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements," the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Item modification to delivery order N00019-22-F-2783 under a Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-20-G-0006 to General Electric Aircraft Engines (GEAE) in Lynn, MA. This modification was awarded for the procurement of various commercial CT7-8A6 engine components in support of the VH-92A Patriot Presidential Helicopters Program. Delivery of components shall be complete no later than 30 April 2025.
