ADAS Support Services

The Application Development (AD) and Application Services (AS) Branches of the U.S. Forest Service (FS) Chief Information Office (CIO) Mission Support Systems (MSS) directorate seek support for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of deployed applications, agile development of new applications and modernization of legacy applications using both custom and low-code approaches, application architecture, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), standards development, FS Access and Authentication Services, as well as business analysis, human centered design, and agile project management. AD and AS require a flexible contracting tool that will allow us to scale up and down based on future budget, business, organizational, and technical requirements.
