ADAPT Contract Research Organization - Sources Sought

Background
The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is seeking Contract Research Organization (CRO) services to support the ADvanced Analysis for Precision cancer Therapy (ADAPT) program. Work Details

Additionally, the vendor is required to provide historical patient population data by cancer type, experience working with next generation clinical trials specific to adaptively designed and biomarker driven evaluations of molecularly targeted agents and immune therapies in selected patient subsets, innovative trial initiation and management details, sponsor engagement processes, technical description of capabilities to support the requirements, list of government contracts/task orders supported currently or during the past 36 months with a brief description of the services provided for the same or similar type of work, active contracts or agreements with ARPA-H that may be utilized for this requirement, a rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimate or cost range of the annual cost to perform the requirement in Section II broken out per task rather than per patient, response format details and submission deadline.
