Background
The USAID Active Citizenry Activity aims to increase citizens’ participation in civic life and support their efforts to advocate for positive changes, foster social and political advancement, and improve overall living conditions and prosperity. The Activity will support the civil society sector, Palestinian citizens, media organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to become more active in civic life, decision-making and advocacy for citizens’ rights and demands.

Work Details
The USAID/West Bank and Gaza seeks proposals to provide technical assistance from qualified organizations to implement the Active Citizenry Activity. The contract is anticipated to be a cost plus fixed-fee (CPFF) term-type contract for an estimated period of five (5) years from the date of contract award. The procurement will be conducted utilizing competitive proposal procedures. The solicitation includes detailed information on the purpose, contract type, estimated cost, place of performance, submission requirements, special contract requirements, and contract clauses incorporated by reference.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for the contract is five (5) years from the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) for the contract performance is West Bank (including East Jerusalem) and Gaza.
