Background
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), specifically the Special Operation Forces (SOF) Acquisition Technology and Logistics (AT&L) Technology Applications Program Office (TAPO), intends to award a non-competitive sole source purchase order for the procurement of a one-year subscription for Actian Ingress and OpenROAD software licenses.

Actian Corporation is recognized as the sole designer and developer of these software licenses, making them the only available source for this requirement.
