Update 10/13/2021: W900KK-21-R-0049 Amendment 01. Please see updates to RFP along with answers to industry questions. Proposal submission date is 5:00 P.M. 26 OCT 2021.

Update 10/8/2021: Working to clear reviews of answers to industry questions and amendment 01 with updates to attachments. Proposal due date will be extended and is anticipated to be pushed to the right to 26 Oct 2021. It will be finalized upon release of amendment 01.

Update 09/23/2021: FYSA Updated Wage Determinations have been posted to SAM.gov. Updated attached 7 (dated 09/23/2021)provided for your convenience. The Govt team is working the responses to all the questions submitted and will be executing an amendment in the near future and will be establishing a new proposal submission date at that time.

Update 09/14/2021: As 11 OCT is a federal holiday, the proposal due date will be pushed to the right. A new proposal due date will be established via amendment once we clear the question and answer portion of the solicitation.

This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fix Fee (CPFF), and Cost no fee, Single Award

Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (SA IDIQ). The IDIQ will have a five year ordering period. The estimated

ordering ceiling is $14M. The Government will be Contracting by Negotiation in accordance with Federal

Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This

procurement will be 100% Small Business Set aside NAICS code 541330 size standard in millions of dollars is

$41,500,000.
