The Department of Commerce (DOC) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO) seeks to establish a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Acquisition and Grants Management Support Services. Call orders resulting from the BPA will be in accordance with the services outlined in the BPA Performance Work Statement (PWS). Provided for industry review is: DRAFT AGO Performance Work Statement Dated July 6, 2020.
