Acquisition and Administrative Support Services

The primary goal of this acquisition is to compete and establish a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for any GSA office to obtain acquisition and administrative support services to support a variety of portfolios, programs and acquisitions across agency. This BPA will be placed against the consolidated GSA Schedule and is reserved for HUBZone GSA Schedule contractors. The contractor shall provide quality acquisition and administrative support services to meet the mission needs of GSA, nationwide, as ordered. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personal services necessary to perform Acquisition and Administrative Support Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards identified in this PWS. Work anticipated includes all acquisition and administrative tasks covered by the GSA Schedule, SIN 541611, Acquisition and Administration Support Services. This is not a personal services contract and the work performed under this BPA is not considered inherently governmental.
