Background
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking to acquire and deliver FSV Heavy Trawl Wire for its ships, specifically the Henry Bigelow and Pisces. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

A. Purchase two sets of trawl wires (4 spools total) as specified in section 3 of the Statement of Work.

B. Deliver the wire to NOAA Fisheries Support Warehouse located at 202 Krebs Ave, Pascagoula, MS 39567.

C. Provide equipment and an operator to unload spools and place them on blocking/dunnage in an outdoor storage yard.

D. Cover spools with heavy tarps and securely band tarps in place, marking spool wrapping with 'HB/PC', wire type, and identifying line lay (Right Hand or Left Hand).

The material requirements include:

- 2 each of 5000 meters of new 25.4mm diameter Bridon Dyform (or equivalent) Right Hand lay (RHO MBL), 6x26 FFC, 1570 Galvanized, with a minimum tension rating of 41 tons;
- 2 each of 5000 meters of new 25.4mm diameter Bridon Dyform (or equivalent) Left Hand lay (LHO MBL), also with similar specifications.

Period of Performance
Immediate delivery upon availability, no later than October 12, 2026.

Place of Performance
NOAA Gulf Marine Support Facility Warehouse, 202 Krebs Ave, Pascagoula, MS 39567.
