ACI Blue Roof Hawaii Industry Day

Industry Day Conference:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will host the Advanced Contracting Initiative (ACI) Blue Roof Industry Day in Honolulu, HI on January 23, 2020 from 1:00 5:00 pm at the Honolulu Country Club 1690 Ala Pu'umalu Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96818.

Industry Day Registration:

Attendees are encouraged to pre-register by notifying the Omaha District's Contracting Office by close of business Thursday, January 16, 2020 by email to Tracie Evans, Tracie.L.Evans@usace.army.mil with the following information: 1) each attendee's name including first name and last name (each vendor will be limited to three (3) attendees), 2) company name, 3) email address, and 4) telephone number. The request shall use the following subject line: "ACI Blue Roof Hawaii Industry Day.

Industry Day Additional Information:

This effort will be performance based and will describe construction services to install government furnished material (i.e., plastic sheeting) on roofs, and other types of small roof repairs. The ACI Temporary Roofing SATOCs are set up to support USACE's mission for disaster response and to serve as USACE's primary mechanism for responding to wind and other disaster events in 2020 and beyond. There will be two (2) regions, primary and secondary, in the Hawaii geographical location. Hawaii's regions will include Maui/Hawaii (Big Island) and Kauai/Oahu (including other populated Hawaiian Island). USACE intends to award two (2) small business Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOCs) in FY20 and two (2) unrestricted SATOCs in FY21 for Hawaii.

A draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is expected to be issued on or around 06 JAN 2020 on beta.SAM.gov under solicitation number W9128F20R0040. Please note, the final RFP and any RFP amendments will be posted on beta.SAM.gov.
