Description

Disaster Human Services Case Management (DHSCM) program services in accordance with Section 426 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (Public Law 93-288. The scope of work for this contract includes deployment of disaster case managers and resource coordinators to disaster-impacted areas to 1. Assess disaster-caused unmet needs of individuals and families (Intake); 2. Provide disaster survivors with a single point of contact to facilitate access to a broad range of resources (Information and Referrals), and 3. Develop Recovery Plans for disaster survivors.
