Background
The contract is for the procurement and bulk delivery of Acetic Acid to the Marine Corps Base Quantico. The contractor must meet specific technical compliance requirements and provide product literature demonstrating compliance with all required specifications listed in the solicitation. The contract will be awarded on an 'all-or-none' basis to satisfy this requirement. The government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of offers submitted.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide 19,600 gallons of Acetic Acid in four deliveries to the Marine Corps Base Quantico Wastewater Treatment Plant. The first delivery must be no later than 20 December 2022. The deliveries must comply with local, state, and federal regulations and laws. The contractor must ensure that the shipment is made in tank trucks meeting all relevant regulations and standards.
Each delivery must be accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis, MSDS/SDS, latest test results, and specific delivery instructions. Deliveries shall be made within 5 federal work days of order placement. The contractor shall provide a designated Government Point of Contact (POC) to sign all invoices upon delivery.

Period of Performance
The first delivery must be no later than 20 December 2022.

Place of Performance
The deliveries will be made to the Marine Corps Base Quantico Wastewater Treatment Plant at 660 Epperson Road, Quantico, VA 22134.
