Access Control System upgrade

Background
The contract is issued by the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) to upgrade the Access Control System (ACS) at their headquarters located in Fort Bragg, NC. The goal of this contract is to replace the existing SoftwareHouse access control system with a new AMAG ACS to meet updated security requirements and ensure reliable access control.

The project also includes upgrades to life safety locking devices in the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Special Access Program Facility (SAPF).

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the ACS upgrade at USASOC HQ. Specific tasks include:
1. Replace the existing SoftwareHouse ACS with a fully integrated AMAG ACS.
2. Upgrade SCIF/SAPF locking hardware to meet current life safety standards (FFL-2890C).
3. Integrate existing peripheral security devices and cabling into the new AMAG system.
4. Remove existing system components for Government disposal.
5. Provide a Quality Control Plan to ensure services meet or exceed standards defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Period of Performance
120 days from contract award.

Bidder Requirements
This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. Bidders must demonstrate requisite qualifications and experience in performing similar services, including effective communication skills and a commitment to project timelines. Additionally, contractor personnel must comply with security requirements including AT Level I training within 10 calendar days after contract start date.
