Description

This task order is for the full range of technical and project management services to support operation and maintenance of Access and Identity Management System (AIMS) IAM Applications to include Software Maintenance and Enhancements.

Background
The Department of Education's Federal Student Aid (FSA) is executing an administrative modification to transfer a task order for Access and Identity Management System (AIMS) support services from IT Schedule 70 to the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS).

Work Details
PPS InfoTech, LLC provides a full range of technical and project management services for the operation and maintenance of AIMS IAM Applications, including software maintenance and enhancements.

The task order includes operations support, maintenance, and enhancements, with PPS serving as the Subject Matter Expert for AIMS applications and the AIMS Tier 2 Help Desk.

Period of Performance
The base period is from the date of award through July 31, 2023, with an option period from August 1, 2023, to July 31, 2024.
