Description

Attached are the Responses to Offeror Questions, RFP AHRQ-20-10005 Amendment 01, Attachment A Amendment 01 and Attachment B Amendment 01.
Background
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) aims to produce evidence to make healthcare safer, higher quality, more accessible, and affordable.

The ACTION IV IDIQ contract seeks to develop, implement, and disseminate innovative interventions and strategies for improving patient care delivery nationwide.

Work Details
Contractors will conduct field-based research and quality improvement projects targeting all healthcare settings across the full spectrum of care providers.

Tasks include exploratory research, development of interventions, feasibility/pilot testing, implementation research, dissemination and implementation of evidence-based treatments, advancing data-driven approaches for population health management, measurement development, and analysis of outcomes.

Projects will focus on practical topics such as reducing threats to patient safety, increasing patient engagement, leveraging technology for improved care delivery, and supporting the transformation to a value-based healthcare system.

Period of Performance
The ordering period shall begin on May 27, 2020 and run through May 26, 2025.

Place of Performance
Tasks may be local, regional or national in scale focusing exclusively on the US healthcare system.
