In response to Industry's requests to improve communication between Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG), Mission Partners and Industry Stakeholders, ACC-APG Tenant Division will be posting updates for known competitive acquisitions. The posted documents are for information purposes ONLY. This is not a formal Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP)/ Request for Quotations (RFQ). Do not submit formal proposals/quotes to this posting. All information contained in this posting is subject to change at any time. Regular updates will be posted as required. Update requests and questions may be accepted no later than one (1) week after the updates are posted. Limited ten (10) questions per vendor submission. The Government will not answer or provide any source selection sensitive questions or information. Questions may be accepted on any of the information contained within the slide presentation (attached). Best practice is to submit all questions through the Tenant Division's primary point of contact Ms. Yadira Colon, Procurement Analyst, email: yadira.i.colon.civ@army.mil (via email only). No phone calls. Answers may be posted with the next update. ALL PROCUREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELATION AT ANY TIME. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR ANY FEEDBACK; QUESTIONS OR DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED BY INDUSTRY. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process. Doing so could later ban the interested party from participating in a particular acquisition.

Background
The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is focused on improving communication between its divisions, mission partners, and industry stakeholders.

The ACC-APG Tenant Division is providing updates for known competitive acquisitions for informational purposes only. This initiative aims to enhance transparency and engagement with industry participants regarding upcoming contract opportunities.

Work Details
The contract opportunities include various services such as:

1. **Post-Wide Minor Construction Recompete**: Providing maintenance, alterations, repairs, and minor construction work to facilities on Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) and satellite locations.

2. **Forestry Management Support Services**: Executing forest and environmental services as mandated by law and policy through individual task orders focusing on forest resource compliance and management.

3. **Stormwater Management Facilities Maintenance**: Ensuring compliance with MS4 Phase II requirements through inspection and maintenance of 394 stormwater management facilities across multiple areas.

4. **Facilities and Logistics Services**: Offering facility operations, maintenance, asset management, supply operations, warehouse services, grounds management, and snow removal for DEVCOM-CBC buildings.

5. **Software Subscriptions**: Providing COTS Red Hat, Atlassian, Docker software licenses under firm fixed price orders.

6. **HistoCore PEGASUS Tissue Processor**: Procurement of a tissue processor including necessary components.

7. **Supply of DEWESOFT Sirus Data Acquisition System**: An IDIQ supply contract for the SIRIUS DAS and support equipment.

Period of Performance
The contracts will have varying periods of performance typically spanning five years with specific ordering periods defined for each opportunity.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland, including both North and South locations as well as various satellite facilities.
