In response to Industry's requests to improve communication between Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG), Mission Partners and Industry Stakeholders, ACC-APG Tenant Division will be posting updates for known competitive acquisitions. The posted documents are for information purposes ONLY. This is not a formal Solicitaion/ Request for Proposal (RFP)/ Request for Quotations (RFQ). Do not submit formal proposals/quotes to this posting. All information contained in this posting is subject to change at any time. Regular updates will be posted as required. Update requests and questions may be accepted no later than one (1) week after the updates are posted. Limited ten (10) questions per vendor submission. The Government will not answer or provide any source selection sensitive questions or information. Questions may be accepted on any of the information contained within the slide presentation (attached). Best practice is to submit all questions through the Tenant Division's primary point of contact Ms. Yadira Colon, Procurement Analyst, email: yadira.i.colon.civ@army.mil (via email only). No phone calls. Answers may be posted with the next update. ALL PROCUREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELATION AT ANY TIME. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR ANY FEEDBACK; QUESTIONS OR DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED BY INDUSTRY. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process. Doing so could later ban the interested party from participating in a particular acquisition.

Background
The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is focused on enhancing communication between its Mission Partners and Industry Stakeholders. This initiative includes posting updates for competitive acquisitions to keep stakeholders informed. The updates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal solicitation or request for proposals. The goal is to ensure transparency and facilitate better engagement with industry participants.

Work Details
1. US Army Garrison – Post-Wide Minor Construction Recompete: Provide maintenance, alterations, repairs, and minor construction work to various facilities on Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) and satellite locations.

2. US Army Garrison – Directorate of Public Works – Environmental Division (DPW-ED), Forestry Management Support Services: Execute forest and environmental services through individual task orders focusing on forest resource compliance and management.

3. US Army Garrison – DPW-ED, Stormwater Management Facilities Maintenance: Inspect and maintain 394 Storm Water Management Facilities to meet MS4 Phase II requirements, ensuring functionality through routine maintenance.

4. Facilities and Logistics Services for DEVCOM-CBC: Provide facility operations, maintenance, asset management, supply operations, equipment management, moving services, grounds management, and snow removal services.

Period of Performance
The contracts will have a five-year ordering period with specific task orders issued as needed throughout this duration.

Place of Performance
Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), including North and South locations as well as various satellite facilities in Maryland.
