Salient Characteristics ? Abrasive Belt Grinder Model B-190-5-GW-AA-LAF EquivalentThe following salient characteristics define the minimum acceptable requirements for an Abrasive Belt Grinder. Any offered product must meet or exceed all characteristics listed to be considered technically acceptable.1. Motor SpecificationsUnit shall include a 5 HP, 3600 RPM, 184T frame, TEFC motor.Motor must operate on 208, 230, or 460 VAC, 3 phase, 60 Hz power.Final operating voltage will be identified at time of order.2. Starter and ControlsMust include a full voltage magnetic pushbutton starter.Must include integrated motor overload protection.Controls must be housed in a NEMA 4 enclosure.3. Abrasive Belt TensioningGrinder must use abrasive belts sized 1 inch by 90 inches.System must include air assisted belt tensioning.4. Belt Guard and Dust Collection InterfaceMust include a swing frame style abrasive belt guard.Guard must include a 4 inch diameter exhaust outlet compatible with standard dust collection systems.Dust collector is not included.5. Drive PulleyMust include a 6 inch crowned aluminum drive pulley.Pulley must deliver approximately 5500 feet per minute abrasive belt speed.6.
