Description/Scope: Construct an Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Family of Systems Hangar Complex. Includes 6 bays, a 22K SF admin, and a 35K SF electronic maintenance, age and supply facility approximately 170,000 GSF. This project will comply with DoD antiterrorism/force protection requirements per unified facilities criteria. Exterior working includes all necessary exterior utilities, access pavements, fire protection, site work, and support. Special Construction Requirements: Standby power generators; UPS; roll-up doors; utility lines/communication infrastructure. This facility will be turnkey and includes purchase and installation of FFE. DRAWINGS AND SPECS WILL BE RESTRICTED ACCESS FOR THIS SOLICITATION. Background
The acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. Work Details
The ABMS Maintenance and Logistics Facility includes hangar bays, back shops, supply, administrative areas, and support spaces. The hangar bays will include two heavy maintenance hangar bays located on the north side of the complex with one of the bays used for fuel cell maintenance, and two engine ground running hangar bays located on the south side of the facility. The administrative areas include space for 116th ACW Group Command and Engineering group.
Exterior work includes all necessary exterior utilities, access pavement, fire protection, site work, and support, communication infrastructure.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Robins AFB in Georgia.
