Background
The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Aircraft Battle Damage Repair (ABDR) Trailers. The purpose of this contract is to produce and deliver ABDR Trailers that will be deployed to multiple OCONUS locations. These trailers are essential for providing rapid repairs for aircraft in harsh environments and are designed to support mission requirements during wartime scenarios.

Work Details
The contract involves the production and delivery of Aircraft Battle Damage Repair (ABDR) Trailers, which must adhere to the following specifications:
- The trailers must follow the basic configuration design of the current ABDR Tool Trailer located at Wright Patterson AFB.
- They should be capable of long-term sustainment in harsh weather environments.
- The internal contents must include non-hazardous tooling and parts necessary for executing rapid repairs on aircraft.
- The trailers will be stored in various facilities, including fully enclosed supply buildings and open-ended hangar storage, but will be deployed to Forward Operating Bases.

Quantities include:
- 1 First Article (to be consumed or destroyed during government testing)
- 9 ABDR Trailers per year from 2025 to 2030, with options extending through 2035.

Shipping terms are FOB Destination to Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Period of Performance
The ordering period under this proposed indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract action shall be from initial contract award through each exercised option ordering period for a maximum length of ten (10) years.

Place of Performance
The ABDR Trailers will be delivered to multiple OCONUS locations including Yokota Air Base, Kadena Air Base, Misawa Air Base, Andersen Air Force Base, Diego Garcia Air Force Base, and Osan Air Base.
