ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking

The Bureau of Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), on behalf of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), intends to contract with ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for their Graduate School of Banking program. ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking has been identified as the only source capable of providing the required content in an arrangement that suits the needs of the CFPB.

The Supervision, Learning, and Development unit of Supervision Examinations offers eligible members of its supervisory examiner staff tuition remission to participate in a graduate banking school program. The CFPB has evaluated and approved the programs at several universities, geographically located near CFPB regional offices, of which the ABA Stonier National Graduate School of Banking is one. The employees have applied to and been accepted to attend/ or are returning students to the ABA's Stonier National Graduate School of Banking program per the CFPB program.

No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by May 30, 2016 @ 2 pm. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmation response to the Special Notice. Telephone responses or inquires to this Special Notice will NOT be accepted.

Responses shall be submitted electronically to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, Attn: SG/CG.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
