Procurement and installation includes new Vindicator Command and Control Platform (VCCP) v5- Version 6.5 (Windows 7, 32 or 64 bit) or later product for the 36 OSS upgrade for Hangar 5 IAW Statement of Work. Vendor will replace three non-secure side, trim lever with mechanical push button trims. The secure room will be upgraded to a Vindicator solution.

CLIN 0001: VCCP v5 or later IAW Statement of Work.
CLIN 0002: Delivery, Installation, Programming, Testing and Training.
