III.The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground Belvoir Division (ACC-APG Belvoir) on behalf of Project Manager (PM) Biometrics is releasing this DRAFT performance work statement (PWS) for industry comment. The government requests this input in order to obtain industry insight prior to release of an upcoming solicitation. Additionally a draft specification document is available on request.
