A2PATS

Background
The solicitation is for sustainment support services for the Electronic Warfare Avionics Integration Support Facility (EWAISF) Advanced Architecture Phase, Amplitude and Time Simulator (A2PATS) network. The acquisition strategy is a multi-year contract (minimum of basic plus four option years) to continue through FY29. The services will consist of recurring and non-recurring engineering tasks in support of the A2PATS network.

Work Details
The projected quantities of non-recurring engineering tasks at a minimum will be an aggregate total of (1) A2PATS Maintenance Cabinet, (1) A2PATS Stimulus Cabinet Spare package, one (1) SSI spare, miscellaneous spare support and potentially a Stimulus Cabinet should the mission requirement materialize. Projected quantities of recurring engineering tasks will entail sustaining engineering services consisting of offsite repair of all A2PATS CCAs, A2PATS technology refreshes consisting of both hardware and software updates, system training/familiarization, parts obsolescence resolution; basic test equipment kit to support the EWAISF A2PATS network, on-call support; and a Validation & Verification (V&V) artifact certificate for each A2PATS Cabinet as applicable.

The performance location is at the Electronic Warfare Avionics Integration Support Facility (EWAISF) at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia.
